This is how you join

ü	Fill out the online Add Card information.
ü	Print out the online order form and fill it out.
ü	Upload, mail or email your business card.
ü	Send the filled out order form with a check or money order to the address on the order form (include your business card if you don't have a digital image of it, we will scan it for you).
